Today is Service Design Day and we want to tell you a little about this discipline.
Service Design is based on the definition of all aspects that constitute a service: users, infrastructure, processes, communication channels… to improve its quality, the interaction between the company and its customers and customer experience.
Service Design may function as a way to apply changes to existing services or create new services entirely. The purpose of its methodologies is to establish a holistic experience according to both the needs of customers and the competencies of companies (service providers). Thanks to service design memorable experiences are created, building value exchange between the actors involved.
