The challenge faced by Mormedi was the integration of the new technology of facial and gesturale recognition in a product that meets the needs of the most demanding retailers: attract online customers and not disappoint them in the store shopping experience.
The aim was to create a framework for retail services that offers a consistent experience across an ecosystem of multiple channels, screens on the digital interfaces outside and inside stores, as well as via web and mobile.

In Mormedi we studied the new technology developed by Imersivo and we analyzed it to understand all it could offer; we defined the sectors in which the product could be used: clothes, accessories, perfumes and consumer electronics.
We defined the different ways of interaction with the brand and an adaptable module for each situation. We analyzed the existing technology in the market that could help us to potentiate the product: tactile screens, high brightness, last generation payment and how to integrate it in an ergonomics and functional design.
Finally we accompanied Imersivo in the creation of this physic retail, realizing a prototype, defining material and finishes that would transmit elegance and sophistication.
Imersivo has blurred the lines between the online and physical store, offering the best of both worlds. The natural interaction with the machine in real time, using the mobile phone as a remote control or the possibility to have the products shipped to home with no waiting. Imersivo is a brand interaction selling point with a tactile screen of 82” that improves the shopping experience.
A simple and elegant design, along with a care selection of materials, makes Imersivo a selling point adaptable to any environment.
