The Swiss company Nexvap entrusted Mormedi an outstanding project: creating a unique experience for electronic cigarette smokers. And we did it by designing a modern electronic cigarette, its packaging, the shopping experience, selling points and the design of the website.
The main challenge was to create a complete experience, offering a more intuitive and detailed product and an integrated ecosystem, improving usability, durability and the design of electronic cigarettes that already existed on the market. We had to be able to create along with Nexvap a unique experience for the most demanding smokers at the time of purchase, enjoying a premium quality product characterized by its soft lines, minimal and sophisticated, thanks to the warmth of its materials and the reliability of its technology.
We started the project with a thorough field study based on interviews with business owners of electronic cigarettes and smokers of these products in Madrid, Switzerland and France. We visited about 50 physical and online stores and we analyzed in detail this rising market and the most selling products from top five companies. We deepen into consumer habits and profiles of electronic cigarettes consumers to create a complete brand experience that will position Nexvap as a new industry referent.
To ensure the quality of our product we accompany the client throughout the whole process, from the initial concept to the commercialization; advising Nexvap in choosing suppliers in situ, to assure the quality of the product.
Nexvap is a discreet, elegant and intuitive electronic cigarette that provides an enjoyable experience in its use. Our customer experience design included also the packaging, user manual, website, selling points, proposal of advertising images, etc.
