Mormedi team had the challenge of designing an object that was modern, elegant and intuitive, which stood out for their beauty and become an icon in its category. To achieve this, the team developed a 360° experience; reactive and interactive user interface, a set of accessories that customize and enhance the machine as well as an application that facilitates the sales process, in addition to the machine.

To create this experience, we conducted market researches in Austria and Switzerland, where we interviewed users and owners of premises; we designed an experience map and established design guidelines for the product considering variables of aesthetics, ergonomics, usability and maintenance.
We designed a modular machine adaptable to all types of environments, being part of their implementation form beginning to end, from the concept to its production; advising PMI and Azkoyen throughout its development.
Lastly we create a new user interface that would make the buying process to be more efficient and enjoyable.
Thanks to our holistic approach, we designed a flawless experience that unifies the physical and the digital world. We changed completely the perception of this kind of products and we improved the user shopping experience through ergonomics and interactivity in its interface. We developed an item that thanks to the latest technologies is no longer a static but a living thing, which takes center stage and enhances space.
