“Customer centric innovation is the most critical issue for companies”
“How companies can utilise the power of customer insights, big data, and new technologies to improve the customer experience and their business results is what really interests me. I believe that customer-centric innovation is the most critical issue for companies now. Every company needs an integrated digital and physical offering and a holistic customer experience. Mormedi has the perfect combination of strategic vision and ability to deliver unique and tangible solutions to accelerate growth for companies that are ready to capture this value. That is why I am very much looking forward to help Mormedi continue on its growth trajectory.”
Jaime Moreno, CEO of Mormedi, said “Gonzalo brings years of high-level management consulting experience across our focus sectors—such as financial services, airlines, and retail—as well as deep knowledge in digital technology and transformation, which our clients are demanding as part of their design strategy. Under his leadership, I am sure that the team will be able to serve our clients even better and bring Mormedi to new heights.”
