In accordance with the provisions set forth in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”), and in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”), it is hereby reported that THE CONTROLLER is the holder of this domain.
The visit to this website does not imply that the user provides his/her personal data.
Any data which the users may provide may be processed by the Controller, and they will be, at all times, kept and treated in accordance with current legislation on data protection.

At MORMEDI we process your personal data in order to perform our activity as a strategic design consultancy, as well as to send any information you may request from us, and to provide any offer of products and services that may be of interest to you.
Why are we using your personal data?
Because the legal basis for processing your data is to fulfil the mandate that you have entrusted to us, as a strategic design consultancy.
The provision of the requested personal data is mandatory, since they are deemed necessary for the maintenance and compliance of the purposes mentioned above.
Because we must carry out certain processing operations, whose legitimacy is based on the fulfillment of legal obligations contained in the regulations in force.

For how long will MORMEDI keep your data?
MORMEDI shall keep your personal data for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship is maintained, or as long as your consent is not revoked. At the end of the contractual relationship with MORMEDI, we shall keep your personal data blocked during the legal prescription periods. Once such periods have elapsed, your data will be deleted.

To whom will your data be communicated?
No communication of the personal data of users of the website is foreseen.

The Controller will not make international transfers of personal data.
